KENNEH TUMWEBAZE
Qualifications: LLB (Hons Makerere University), Dip. LP (Law development centre), Dip. In law (Law Development Centre), Advocate of the courts of Judicature of Uganda. Mr. Tumwebaze is the managing partner of the firm. He previously worked with M/S Tusasirwe & Co Advocates as a Legal Assistant/Associate for 3 years, before setting up the present firm. His general area of interest is Commercial law, Land transactions, credit and securities and conveyencing, in respect of which he has done specialized and quite complex work for, among others, the clients mentioned on this page.

KOBUSINGYE ANNET
Qualifications: LLB (Hons) Makerere University, Dip. LP (Law Development Centre), Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda. Ms Kobusingye is also a partner in the firm. She previously worked with M/S Atiang Otim & Co. Advocates. Her work at the previous firm included general practice, drafting and court appurtenances, drawing and registration of mortgages, drawing loan agreements and other legal documents and debt recoveries.

ATUGONZA JACQUELINE HELEN
Qualifications: LLB (Hons) Makerere University, Dip. LP (Law Development Centre, a masters of laws (LLM) majoring in human rights (Makerere University), and an enrolled Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda. Ms Atugonza is a partner in the firm. Since her graduation from the law school, She has practiced as a private practitioner first as a legal assistant with Makeera & Co. Advocates, as a legal associate with Mwesige Mugisha & Co. Advocates, and worked as an Advocate/Legal assistant with M/S JM Musisi Advocates and Legal Consultants before setting up this present firm. She has extensive experience in handling both Civil and criminal matters. She has handled matters for companies, local government institutions, one of the big ones being Orange Telecom, formerly HITS Telecom where she was involved right from inception of the company in Uganda and many others including individuals. She is the firm’s leading Counsel in civil litigation.

He previously worked with M/S Nyadoi Partners & Co. Advocates and Sekabanja Co. Advocates. He has extensive experience in handling both Civil and criminal matters. He has handled matters for companies, local government institutions.
